Sláinte!
OldDublin

And welcome to the Olde Dublin Pub, a little bit of Ireland in Atlantic Canada, and a Prince Edward Island institution. In fact, we’re Charlottetown’s original Irish pub!

Here, since 1983, Islanders and visitors alike have been tipping back Guinness, enjoying Irish and East Coast dishes with an ODP twist, and raising a cheer for some of the best traditional and contemporary music to grace the province — Headliners like Great Big Sea, Tommy Makem, Burton Cummings, The Tragically Hip, Bruce Guthro, and The Barra MacNeils.

Be part of the tradition. Stop by for lunch or a night on the town, ODP style!

HARP

Harp is the most popular of the Irish largers, and of course, we’ve got it on tap. Developed by the Guinness company in 1960, Harp is lighter and less filling than its Guinness cousin, and is a favourite at Irish pubs around the world.

What’s an Irish pub without Guinness on tap? Guinness is the classic Irish stout, first brewed in 1759 by Arthur Guinness in his Dublin brewery. Smooth and creamy, with its signature foam.

BLACK & TAN

A Black & Tan, also known as a Half & Half, is a traditional Irish drink made with a 50-50 split of Guinness and ale. The Guinness stays on top because the stout is less dense than the ale. But not so fast — The trick is all in the pour of the Guinness, a slow pour over the back of a spoon. Delicious!
